For the first time in nearly two decades Turkey secured its first investment-grade credit rating. While you won't mistake Germany for Turkey, none the less, with all the challenges facing the European Union, I think it is quite interesting that Turkey and Bulgaria are doing pretty darn good. Is there a lesson here?

That was more than four times the $373 it paid when the 61-year-old optometrist from Reno, Nev., had the same procedure at the same office just six months earlier.”
