Bovie Ultimate®
Named the 2015, Innovation of the Year, by the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons (SLS), the Bovie Ultimate® combines the safety and energy options of a standard Bovie operating room generator with the patented J-Plasma® helium-based technology. This unique advanced energy 1platform offers greater control in a variety of surgical procedures, with remarkably low thermal spread, and requires limited space in the operating room.
OBGYN Suite of Products
Bovie introduced the new Colpo-Master™ line, a perfect addition to the already popular line of gynecologic products. The colposcopes offer superior, 3D, stereoscopic viewing with excellent clarity during gynecologic procedures where millimeters matter. Paired with the NEW Bovie® Specialist|PRO-G, 120 watt Electrosurgery System with Smoke Evacuation, physicians now have a complete GYN solution from exam to surgical procedure system available from Bovie.
Family Practice Skin Solutions System
Skin cancer is on the rise. Non-melanoma skin cancer alone increased 35% between 2006 and 2012.(1) Screening and removal of suspicious lesions can be easily and affordably performed in family practice offices. The Bovie Skin Solutions package brings practitioner two great revenue generating products, which allow them to treat questionable skin lesions which could eventually evolve into cancerous lesions. The total system costs less than $900.00 to the end user and has unlimited revenue potential.
The package includes the DERM 101 ten watt high frequency desiccator and the Bovie Freezpoint™ multi-use, disposable cryosurgical device available in 16g and 8g. In addition, Bovie offers the Freezpoint™ device in a convenient 16g, 2-pack, which is available now.
The MI750 Led for Exam and Procedure
The energy efficient MI 750 LED consumes less electricity than halogen lighting options and eliminates the additional cost of purchasing replacements bulbs and down time, thereby reducing the cost of ownership significantly. NEWLY Enhanced Operating Room Generators
In 2015, we released two electrosurgery generators for complex surgical procedures; the Bovie® OR|PRO 300 (300 watt ESU) and the Bovie® Surgi-Center|PRO (200 watt ESU). These energy devices have been designed to provide surgeons with a variety of modes for precise energy delivery. The units, powered by Bovie, perform demanding operating room procedures at a significant savings and are the ONLY electrosurgical generators available with a standard 4 year warranty.
